Does my data stay in Thailand or Europe?

Yes. Claude runs via the Anthropic EU route, with data processing in EU datacentres and no model training on customer data. A data processing agreement gets signed in phase 0. For strict on-premise clients, we host the connector bridges on the AWS region of your choice. Cross-border transfers under PDPA Section 28 (standard contractual clauses). EU sub-processors documented in the privacy notice in Thai script as well as English.

What about PDPA compliance?

PDPA B.E. 2562 has been in force since June 2022, with the PDPC actively enforcing. ClaudeKick ships with a PDPA-aligned privacy notice naming Piexels as the data controller, purposes per Section 23, lawful basis per Section 24, retention, data subject rights per Sections 30 to 36, DPO contact. Section 41 DPO assessment is part of phase 0. Current Thai AI governance practice is layered on top as the AI-specific scaffold.

Why Claude and not ChatGPT or Copilot?

Three reasons. First, Claude handles English and Thai at native level, with Japanese and Mandarin secondary strong. For Bangkok scale-ups with regional customer bases (Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines) that is operationally relevant. Second, Anthropic ships via EU datacentres with a standard DPA, OpenAI is not configured for that by default. Third, Claude for Small Business launched May 13 2026 with 15 standard workflows and 8 connectors (QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Stripe), included in your existing Claude Pro or Team subscription. ChatGPT Team has no equivalent for the SMB tier.

Is BOI relevant if you are Thai-owned?

Specific incentives, tax structures, work permit rules, and ownership thresholds vary by sub-category and year and are confirmed through your Thai BOI consultant or in-house counsel. ClaudeKick scoping includes a BOI alignment note as an appendix to the scoping document when relevant. The actual BOI submission is filed through your consultant.

What if Claude writes a wrong answer?

During the first 6 weeks after go-live, all output stays in guided mode, everything requires your approval before it goes out. You correct what is wrong, that correction trains the next round of output. After 6 weeks you opt per category into auto-send, while sensitive categories (complaints, legal correspondence, customer churn) keep the human-in-the-loop checkpoint. Per workflow you decide where the checkpoint sits.
