claude's data processing agreement covers pdpa for thai data subjects. anthropic does not train on api or business plan inputs by default. the governance pack we deliver in phase 2 includes data flow mapping, retention settings and human-in-the-loop checkpoints per workflow. logging and audit trail are on by default for finance and customer service workflows. if your data must stay in-region, we can route through aws singapore.

yes. flowaccount, peakaccount and xero asia all sit in the bangkok connector bridge we build in phase 1 of every engagement. quickbooks stays the native connector for anyone who already runs it. line oa for thai customer messaging is in the same bridge.

is the engagement in english or thai?

engagement runs in english. workflow prompts are bilingual where it matters: english for internal finance, ops and sales workflows; thai for customer-facing workflows (line oa support, marketplace customer messaging). thai-fluent team members on your side review the thai outputs during phase 2 training.
